Terms of Service

Welcome to Biolink. By creating an account or using Biolink (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Biolink lets you create a public "link-in-bio" page (a biolink) at a handle you choose, where you can list links and basic content for your visitors.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Biolink to publish or link to content that is:

  • illegal, fraudulent, phishing, malware, or otherwise harmful;
  • infringing on someone else's rights, or impersonating another person or brand;
  • spam, or that abuses or disrupts the Service.

We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your public page). You are responsible for the content you publish.

5. Plans & payment

  • Your first biolink includes a 5-day free trial.
  • After the trial, a biolink costs $5 USD per year to stay online to visitors. Each additional biolink is $5 USD per year as well.
  • Payments are made manually using the payment method shown in your dashboard and are activated after we verify the transfer. Activation can take up to 24 hours.
  • Prices and plans may change; we'll show the current price before you pay.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

If a biolink is not paid for after its trial, it goes offline to visitors (you can still edit it and reactivate it by paying).

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

You may stop using Biolink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biolink is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
